Tracking an order and Delivery

How can I check my order status?

You may check your order status easily by just clicking on track order placed top right on every page of UWOKart or click here to track your order.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

We'll send you an email and SMS when we confirm your order. You can also check your My Orders page. Click here to view your orders.

What are the different statuses in My Orders?

The different statuses on My Orders are: 

PLACED: Your order is placed 
CONFIRMED: You has been confirmed 
PACKED: Your item has been packed & ready to be shipped 
SHIPPED: Your item has been handed over to the courier 
DELIVERED: Your item has been delivered 
CANCELLED: Your order has been canceled 
REVERSED: Your request to return/replace is in process 
RETURNED: You have returned your item and received a refund 
REPLACED: Your replacement request is complete 
COURIER RETURNED: The item is returned to UWOKart by the courier as undelivered

Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

Currently, we don't allow to change the address once the order is placed.

Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?

Currently, this option is not available.

Why is the status on the courier's website different from My Orders?

The information in My Orders is accurate and up to date. We will send you an email and SMS whenever there is any update on your order.

Why is there a delivery date range?

The delivery date range allows you to prepare yourself to receive delivery within these dates. Once your item is dispatched, keep tracking it by Clicking on the track order button placed in the top right of UWOKart.

Which courier will deliver my item?

We use a network of trustworthy partners based on their speed and care to pick your item from the seller and deliver it to you.

Do i have to pay any shipping and delivery charges?

Yes you have to pay delivery charges according to the shipping rule.

What if my package is opened/tampered with?

If you feel that your package was opened/tampered with, please don't accept delivery. Please cancel the order in My Orders. We will confirm your cancellation request.

Why did I receive a partial order?

This could be because: 

You have a single order with many items, that could have been shipped separately 
You only have a single item order. 
If an item is missing from a set or combo, please get in touch with us through [email protected]

Does UWOKart deliver to my location?

Do not worry, Our courier will try to attempt to deliver your order over the next 2 days. In case you're unable to respond to our calls, you can submit your delivery preference on [email protected]

 

How can I get my orders delivered faster?

Currently, we do not have faster delivery option available. However, we always try to deliver the order on or before the expected delivery date. 

The order status is 'Delivered' but I have not received it. What should I do?

Check with your neighbour/front desk, etc. if someone accepted the package. If no one accepted delivery, write us at [email protected] 

Can I club my orders from different sellers to be delivered together?

Sellers could be located in different locations. We want your items to reach you at the earliest, so we ship them separately.

Can I schedule the delivery of my order per my availability?

Yes, you can. Our delivery partner will call you when your order is out for delivery. Please let him know if you wish to reschedule.

What happens to undelivered orders?

We attempt delivery many times. If undelivered, we will initiate a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we deliver product in India only.

Can I cancel my replacement request?

No problem. If you change your mind, you can refuse the pickup of your item.

Why was my order cancelled?

If you cancel your order, the status would show as Order Cancelled. In rare scenarios, if UWOKart cancels your order, the cancellation reason will be mentioned on the Order details page & if you have made pre-payment for the item, we will refund your money back.


Cancellation

How can I cancel my order?

Go to My Orders and tap on the order you wish to cancel. Click on the CANCEL button. 
Cancellation is not allowed if the order has been shipped.

How will I get a refund for an item I cancelled?

If you've already paid for your order, we will refund the money in the original mode of payment. 

You can also check the status of your refund by clicking "Track Refund" below.

Can I cancel part of my order?

Yes, if you placed an order with many items, you can cancel delivery for each of them. But if it is part of a combo or clubbed with another item, the entire set/combo will be canceled. Go to My Orders and tap on the order you wish to cancel. Click on the CANCEL button. 
Cancellation is not allowed if the order has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order anytime before delivery?

Yes, you can. Go to My Orders and tap on the order you wish to cancel. Click on the CANCEL button. 
Cancellation is not allowed if the order has been shipped.

Why can't I cancel a particular item?

You might have ordered a non-cancellable product (e.g automobile) or you have already requested for cancellation. We will work on your request, you need not cancel it again. Also if you have placed a cash-on-delivery order, you can't cancel the order till the order gets verified or the order has been shipped.


Return/Replacement

How can I return/replace an item?

Just call on given Customer Support number +91 748 960 4079 or Write an email at [email protected] regarding the request.
 

When will I receive my replacement item?

Once we receive your original item we will initiate replacement in 2 days. We will send you an email/SMS with the replacement details and delivery dates.

Will UWOKart pick up the item I want to return/replace?

Yes, we will pick up the item with our Delivery partners. In case we are unable to pick it up, you can courier it to us and we will immediately reimburse it to your bank account. All you need to do is provide the airway bill/courier receipt.​

What is UWOKarts's 7 Days Easy Returns Policy?

Our 7 Days Easy Returns Policy allows you to replace/return your item within 7 days of delivery. 'Click here' to read more on this policy.

What if my replacement item is out of stock now?

If the item is not available, we will initiate a refund.

Do I also need to return the free gift when I return an item?

Yes, this will enable a refund/replacement.

Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement?

Most of the items available on UWOKArt are eligible for return. However, there are a few exceptions. 

The best way to check whether an item is returnable or not, you can refer to the product details page - look under - Product Description section 

In the case of branded electronic items, the return/repair/replacement policy of the brand will apply. 'Click here' to read more about our 7 day Easy Returns policy.

What Can I Return?

You may request returns for most items you buy from the sellers listed on UWOKart. However, you can only return items explicitly identified as "returnable" on the product detail page and/or our policy and within the ‘return window’ period.

Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is -

  • Physically damaged
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Defective
  • Different from its description on the product detail page on UWOKart.com

Refund

When can I expect refund for my returned item?

Once we receive the original item, we will do a quality check within 2 days and initiate a refund. 

- For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days to credit this amount. 
- For cash on delivery orders, it will be credited to your bank account through an NEFT transfer within 2 hours. 
We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.

What are the different modes of refund available?

Refunds are made to the original modes of payment for:

Credit cards
Debit cards
Netbanking
Wallets
For cash on delivery, refund will be to your bank account.

When can I expect refund for my cancelled order?

If you cancel the order before shipment, we would start the refund almost immediately. In case you cancel the order after shipment, it might take up to 6 days to initiate the refund. 

Bank takes an additional 7 to 10 business days to credit the amount. We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.

What are the details I must provide for a bank NEFT transfer?

You need to provide the following details:

Bank account number
Account holder's name
IFSC code (mentioned on your bank cheques or passbook)

How can I submit my bank's NEFT details if the link in the email does not work?

Don't worry! Send an email to us with your complete bank NEFT details at [email protected]

I have not received the reimbursement of my courier charges. What do I do?

You need to upload your airway bill/courier receipt at [email protected] We will reimburse the charges to your bank account via NEFT transfer.

I have not received the reimbursement of my repair charges. What do I do?

Please upload the repair charges slip at [email protected] We will reimburse the charges to your bank account via NEFT transfer.


Payments, EMIs

What are the different modes of payment available?

You can use any one of the following payment methods:

My transaction failed but the money is deducted from my account. What should I do?

Don't worry, it will be reversed instantly. You can check your account balance to confirm.

Can I combine credit card EMI payment and cash on delivery for a single order?

We are not providing this facility for now.

Do you save card details

We do not save cards and its details.

Can I use my debit card for EMI payments on my purchase?

EMI Payments can be done only through a credit card.

I would like another copy of my invoice. How can I get one?

Go to My Orders, select the relevant item and click on 'Download Invoice'

How do I delete a saved credit/debit card?

We do not save cards and its details.

What is UPI?

Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is an instant payment system developed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), an RBI regulated entity. UPI is built over the IMPS infrastructure and allows you to instantly transfer money between any two parties' bank accounts.

What is VPA?

VPA (or UPI ID) is a virtual payment address by which you can send or receive money to any bank account digitally without any hassle 24×7

Is UPI secure?

UPI system is operated by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). Since the transactions take place using VPA and without the use of bank account details, only NPCI to which account every VPA is linked. Here the banks act as a receiver and sender of the funds. No direct involvement of banks is present in the transactions. It’s the NPCI that does the transaction

Is it safe to share or save my VPA?

Yes, it is safe to share your VPA as it just a virtual address for your transaction and any transaction won’t be completed until authorized by you from your verified device.

I don't remember my password. Help!

Don't worry! You can always login using your registered email ID or mobile number. 

Follow these steps :

> Click on the forgot password button.
> Enter the email by which you are registered.

We will send you a password reset link in your email. visit your mailbox and click on the link provided. it will redirect you to set a new password.

What should I do if I have trouble with logging in?

Try this:

Check your login details. Your email address/mobile number is your username
If you forgot your password or it's not working,Reset it by clicking on forgot password button.

What are digital products?

These are goods and services that are delivered digitally. They include Digital services, digital movies and music, software, E-Books, online education and extended warranty, among others.

How can I pay for digital goods and services?

As these items are delivered instantly, only prepaid payment modes are applicable on them. You can pay using credit/debit cards, Paytm, VPA and net banking.

What is the standard delivery time for such items? How are they delivered?

Digital products are delivered within 3-4 hours of placing the order. Once you confirm your purchase and pay for your item/service, you will receive the activation details on your registered email ID and phone number. Some products may take 6 to 7 days.

Will I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, you can download it by clicking on 'Get Invoice' at my orders page.

I placed an order but haven't received the activation details yet. Can I view them on the UWOKart website/App?

I want additional customized work done during the installation process. Who will bear its charges?

Any additional work you request during your item's installation is chargeable. Please pay the amount directly to the engineer. This may include charges for extra wires/pipes, etc.

Who will install my item, the brand or UWOKart? Does this effect my item's warranty?

Your item will be installed either by the brand or UWOKart service provider depending on the item purchased. In either case, your warranty remains unaffected.

Is the wall mount included in the television's box?

While most brands include the wall mount in the television's box, it is best to refer to the item details section to confirm this. Certain brands and TV models may not include the wall mount. In such cases, the engineer will provide the wall mount at an extra cost.

Which charges are not covered in the standard installation of an air conditioner?

Standard installation charges for air conditioners do not include cost/price of: 

- Wall mount brackets 
- 5 Amp plug 
- Additional copper pipe/electrical wire 
- Core cutting 
- Masonry work and other materials
